📢 what everyone actually thinks about you

When I was young, my mom told me a story that taught me a valuable lesson.
After leaving a meeting at work she felt frustrated. She confessed to her co-worker: “I’m worrying everyone thinks I'm awkward”
Her co-worker, a rather sharp-tongued woman, responded “Well that's rather selfish”
My mother, taken aback by the comment, asked: “What do you mean?”
“Do you really think people spend that much time thinking about you?”
What my mom learned and what she taught me is this:
You don’t have to worry about what others think of you because they hardly do.
People are too focused on their own lives to be thinking about you.
Their car needs repair, their boss yelled at them, their friend isn’t answering their texts, their dog is sick, they have a doctor's appointment coming up, and their favourite TV show got cancelled. There are a thousand things they are thinking about, and you are rarely one of them.
They don't have the mental real estate to give your actions a second thought.
Still don’t believe me?
Queen Elizabeth was the longest-reigning monarch in history and had more wealth than most can imagine. Yet you haven't thought about her until this email.
If people aren't thinking about her in their daily lives, you can be sure they aren’t thinking about you.
The next time you:
Spill your drink
Mess up a joke
Leave your fly down
Have an awkward silence
Or do anything else to embarrass yourself.
Don’t worry about it. Most people don’t notice. Those who notice don’t care.
Of course, thinking this way is easier said than done.
To actually reprogram your brain to stop worrying about other people you need to take action and prove it to yourself.
That's why I created The Charisma Gym
It's like a gym for your social skills. Inside you'll be given the actions you can take to overcome your social anxiety and level up your social skills. You'll learn to go from shy introvert to the most popular guy in the room (without pretending to be extroverted).
It's Free for the first 100 members, after which it will become paid.

Action Step:
Have a bad hair day, on purpose
Try going out without doing your hair, realize how little people notice and if they do realize how quickly they move on.
That’s a wrap!

P.S. I found the book of what everyone thinks of you… (this is a killer meme)
